Our Story

Seedlings 🌱 was born through the vision of Founder & CEO Joe DiRosa when Joe, already a licensed real estate agent & loan officer,  came to Los Angeles during the pandemic in 2020. After arriving in September, he tried to use a co-living service to find his first place to stay in California.

After spending over a month observing and trying to negotiate a co-living rental with no success, it became apparent that there was huge need for co-living but, very little knowledge of real estate laws, the sales process, or real estate financing being applied to the co-living market.Β

After finally finding a rental through a private renter, he began the long and arduous journey of getting his real estate and mortgage licenses in California. Instead of opening and L. A. Artist Series during the pandemic, those plans were put on hold Seedlings 🌱 was born.
